I'm Isra Omar, a small business advisor and program leader with nearly a decade of experience supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses.
Over the years, I've worked closely with business owners navigating growth, uncertainty, leadership challenges, and organizational change.
These experiences have reinforced my belief that meaningful progress begins with clarity, ownership, and a willingness to think differently.

Coach Isra is an experimental AI-supported reflection tool developed to explore how technology might help business owners organize their thinking, examine challenges, and prepare for deeper conversations with human advisors.
Early testing has highlighted both the possibilities and limitations of AI-supported advising. While AI can help structure information and facilitate reflection, it does not replace the experience, relationships, and contextual judgment of a skilled human advisor.
My broader interest is exploring how responsible AI, workforce development, and human-centered advising can work together to strengthen SMEs.
